These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Innerverse mobile app (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Medical Disclaimer

Innerverse is not a medical device. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Any AI-generated insights are for emotional self-reflection and are not medical advice. If you need medical guidance, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

AI & External Providers

The App may use AI services provided through a backend integration (including OpenRouter) to generate supportive reflections. We do our best to provide safe, non-medical content, but you remain responsible for how you interpret or act on AI output.

Subscriptions (if enabled)

Where subscription features are enabled, billing is handled through the app store’s billing system. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation/refund details are provided in the App and in the store.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from within the App (Settings > Delete Account) or by contacting support@innerverse.app.
